Fraud company
"I had bought a sofa set worth Rs.2 lakhs in 2021 December. Within six months of purchase, the fabric of the headrest part of the sofa began to move. It eventually became completely tore. I bought this from home centre in bangalore Phoenix mall. When I went to the store and spoke, the store manager told me to speak to a fabric section handler called Satish. He said it is still under warranty & he will email to the concern department etc. Later I realised the fact that it was the store people tow until the warranty period was over.
When I called the customer care, I got to know that there is nothing they can do about it. The reply was no to the question of whether I could pay a reduced amount of cash and help in any way. When we went there to register a complaint, a customer who came to buy furniture sat on a chair and saw that it broke and fell down and sprained his leg. Please no one buy from home center specially phoenix market city bangalore. Lately, I am releasing that even if I had gone to a normal shop and made a purchase of 20 thousand rupees, I would have got better quality and service than this. This review is to prevent others not to fall in their scam and whatever happened to us should not happen to anyone else again."
