Sara Ferree Hung Up on customer
"Our experience with Henry Lum Varela has been exemplary. We followed the instructions for 50% down payment on our order which covered the total purchase price of the chairs that were in stock. When I was called to arrange delivery they wanted the remaining balance on the full order. This did not make sense to us because we were in the process of selecting the fabrics. I counted the finance person Sara Ferree to understand why more money was needed since the down payment covered the cost of the chairs. She was rude and disrespectful in her tone and response to my questions. She then hung up on me after I asked to speak to her supervisor. After our time with Henry and other staff at Furnitureland I was quite shocked that this was the behavior shown by another employee. My husband and I work hard to be able to afford to buy furniture and we would like the appreciation of our business to be reflected from all employees. If it weren't for customers there would not be a Furnitureland."
