Lousy
"Placed an order over a week ago, received confirmation email and... nothing.
Called them last night and was told that one of the parts ordered did not fit my truck so they wanted additional $50 for the correct part. I picked the part from THEIR diagram based on MY vehicle so if there is an error - it's their accomplishment. I still am not sure they are correct though - will see when it arrives.
But that's not the issue - I am **** because they held the entire order for over a week and NEVER bothered to notify me. I asked what would've happened if I did not call them, and the response was anything but intelligent so I can't even outline its essence."

Time waster
"It took forever to place the order - it takes minutes for every page to load. When done, got an email "thank you blah blah blah". A few minutes later, got another email "Your order have been cancelled" with no explanations.
Called them, pushed endless buttons just to be told that the item is not available..."
