"I purchased the Yowza Islamorada in December 2012. My wife and I have been using regularly since then. Given the unique upper body motion we anticipated it would take some getting use to. It does and honestly I don't find it to be an improvement or advantage when compared to the traditional upper body/arm movement. While the machine itself is stable and solid, the computer on the equipment is USELESS!!! It is not user friendly and it honestly doesn't seem to work. After assembly and the first few uses I realized that the heart rate monitor simply didn't work. In contacting customer service (Josh) I agreed to receive a watch as an alternative to arranging servicing the machine...BIG mistake. I trying to convey my issues the tone of further communication with customer service was less than customer oriented. I received and an email from Yowza regarding the Demo Program I kindly declined and pointed out that I would not be a favorable spokesperson for their product. The use of this $2500+ piece of exercise equipment requires me to watch the clock on the wall to determine how long I've been exercising. I've given up on the attached computer or watch. By-the-way I never received the mat to place under my machine. It was part of the promise when I purchased the equipment. It never shipped. BUYER BEWARE!!!"
