"I SUSPECT ZIPZOOMFLY IS ABOUT TO GO UNDER. I have purchased from them before and been happy. However, in March I purchased a WD 2TB drive because of the rebate. Now its October I don't have the rebate, can't get a response, and from what I'm reading here, probably won't. How can you go from an 8.24 lifetime rating to a 4.62 6 month rating??? RUN AWAY... RUN AWAY..."

"Their prices were a little high, but their return policies and tech support are great and they matched a lower price I found - I was actually able to get a human in customer service that I could understand and they were actually helpful and courteous. This is a great place to buy auto accessories."

"Well I tried to purchase, anyway. They called to tell me the Garmin Nuvi 660 does not come with a required SD card and they were running a special on the 1GB for $139 !?!?!? No thanks - that's just BS. 10 minutes later I got an e-mail that it was out of stock. Waited nearly 4 weeks - finally canceled after reading reviews here - Run Away, Run Away !!! You don't get a rating this low without trying REAL hard to upset your customers."
