"I ordered a Y400 on Dec. 7 and my order was delayed THREE times already. The original estimated shipping date was 12/13, then 12/17, then 12/21. There is no way that the laptop will get to me by CHRISTMAS despite their BS "expedited shipping." My order's estimated arrival date is in 2013!!!
Customer service was completely useless and unwilling to change my shipping address even though I kept telling them I would not be available to accept the package.
I ordered from Acer a week prior and received the laptop in less than a week. It took me less time to receive, return, and get refunded from Acer than for Lenovo to even MAKE my laptop. Unacceptable.
THEIR SHIPPING DATES ARE BOGUS so prepare to wait a month+ to get your laptop. They sell you products they don't even have on hand! NEVER ORDERING FROM THEM AGAIN!!!"
