"Ordered the Yeti hopper that they had on sale for nearly 100 cheaper. Item arrived with no problems. I admit I was nervous after reading several reviews, but I will have no issues with ordering from Camsaver again in the future."

"I have ordered about 6 things from Costco's website. All items were canceled the next day. Customer service cannot tell me why. Each time they state that someone will call me back. Not one time have they called to discuss why."

"I bought my first Apple computer recently. I searched the Internet for the best prices and wanted a company who was authorized. I found PortableOne and glad I did. I had a question and received a fast response. I emailed my question after business hours and still received a response shortly after, unlike other stores who will wait until business hours to respond. The pricing was better then my educational discount would have been. I was hooked. I ordered my Mac Mini Tuesday evening and it was at my house by end of business Wednesday. I would highly recommend the company"

"Horrible customer service. Was transferred 3 times. Two times went to the wrong department. I was on hold for more then 40 minutes just from being transferred. Poor attitude from customer support as well."

"I ordered this item on 12/28/09. I was told it was shipped on 12/30/09. As of 1/9/2010 my mount has not arrived. Website shows 79 in stock (Same amount as when I ordered it.) The tracking number they give me was originally showing up as shipped and signed for at same address in a minute of each other. Was told not to worry "My warehouse manager has advised me that the UPS driver may have scanned this incorrectly. To our knowledge the package is still in transit to you for delivery tomorrow or Thursday. I will be personally following up on this order for you." NOW today 1/9/09 that same tracking number is signed for in TX, while I am in NY. Priscilla De La Torre is the customer service rep who told me the false tracking info. What a big mistake ordering from this company was. Take all these reviews in before spending your money with this company."
