they want to go out of business
"entered an order online, they wait and then say they have to "confirm" the order by calling me at work and asking me for the same shipping address i entered on the order. i call them back when i can and now the order wont be sent out on time so i ask them to wait to send it out so someone will be there to receive it. they are supposed to call back with this ridiculous time-waste but of course they dont, so i call them a week later and they say they canceled the order. order it again. so now not only is it ridiculously late, but now my item is no longer in stock. HORRIBLE experience."
