Good folks, but loosing some of my business.
"Call today about warranty dilema. Lady Dani was very helpfull, polite and patient, hence the 5 stars.
No quams there.
One item Newegg is loosing my bussines on, is a shipping price. Not that I mind paying for one shipment, but one can purchase four items and pay four times the shipping. All I can say, it made me stop purchasing few items, just because of it and locate another outlet which has a free shipping, or combined shipping cost. And there is lot of choices.
It is up to Newegg to figure it out. Over all not a bad store, but more like 3 stars, prices were better somewhere else number of times."
