"I had a problem with one of the usb cables on the Origen HTPC case I ordered from these folks and when I inquired about a replacement there was a 'cable is shipping' notice in my inbox the next morning. That would be awfully good customer service under normal circumstances but as it happens I waited over eighteen months to ask for the replacement cable and they didn't even blink. *Very* impressed."
