Maxwell Windlass
"My windlass was shipped the same day. Someone from the warehouse called me to confirm my shipping address as it is different from my billing address, which made me feel that they care. The packing list was included and the order was accurate. No complaints. The price was comparable to others. The shipment was a day late although I paid extra but it was clearly UPS's mistake... and not really worth complaining."
