"Ordered two Sabre window alarms, both products stopped working within a month because the windows get too cold for the batteries to work. I take them off the window and warm them up and then they work... away from the windows. A pretty pointless product if it's not doing its job if you ask me. Called customer service, AND THE WOMAN WHO ANSWERED WAS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, and when I requested to be transferred to tech support, I was on hold for 17 minutes, and then hung up on. I will never be purchasing from this store again. Do not waste your money, and they don't care if their products don't work."
