"Purchased Adaptec DuoConnect AUA-3020A USB/Firewire Adapter and the product was defective. It has a conflict of hardware with my old graphic card. It's a goodthing that I ordered a Graphic card (XFX 6200) from Amazon and because the old GForce card became unstable.
Still not working and conflict on my new graphic card. Talked to someone at computer geeks and they are helpful to assist me although takes 15 minutes to hold. Immediately got RMA for the product return. The only complaint is they use Fedex for shipping and there is no way to track the product you bought. I beleive, that I will buy on this store in the future. I Hope their people will not change attitude toward customer."
