"Ordered a Briggs duffle bag about 2 1/2 years ago. The deal was too good to be true. Indeed it was a lie. They took the order, charged my credit card and, after two weeks of non-delivery, they said that they wouldn't ship because the manufacturer had raised the price. Only after threatening to charge-back through my credit card company did the agree to a refund. This is abuse.
Two-and-a-half years later they're still spamming me with their nasty lying emails. They do this in spite of multiple 'unsubscribe' requests. These people are the worst."
