"Inverters R US is a company to stay away from. I ordered an inverter costing $434 and paid for 3 days delivery. I got it in six days. I tested the inverter the day after I got it and it did not promised as I expected. From the day after I received the inverter, I have been calling every day many times a day to try to return the product. Twice I spoke to someone and I was told that they will e-mail me the RMA number so that I could send back the inverter. I have not received the RMA number after a yet and no one will answer the phone. On Inverters R US web site, their return policy is 30 days. I don't think that I will ever be able to send this bad inverter back or get my money back. My advice is DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM Inverters R US."
