"This is one of the worst buying experiences I've ever had. They shipped 3.5 weeks after my order and that was only because I called them numerous times as I never received an order. I'm sure that if I hadn't called so many times, I would never have gotten anything."

"All I can say is that I am very disappointed in the service of this company. Apparently, just like others who were looking for 6800 Ultras and stumbled on to this site, I had my order cancelled. Everything appeared to be fine and I even received estimated shipping dates in the confirmation e-mail. Unfortunately, I then received an e-mail stating that they were going to cancel my order as the cards would not be in for a long time. I have been waiting to find a 6800 Ultra for months now and I don't think a few weeks of waiting for my order to be finished is a big deal, but they apparently won't let customers do it, even though I e-mailed asking if I could just wait. I would suggest you be wary about their inventory status as the card was listed as "shipping in 1-3 days" when I ordered. Save yourself the trouble and frustration and order from somewhere else."
