"I had a very frustrating experience with the UK Cell Phone Shop. I ordered 10 phone skins at about £40. Firstly, their online interface was well below what you would expect, they were custom skins, but very simple with our company logo and a web address - there was no preview when creating the skin which I thouht was a little strange. But they do ask for an email address to confirm your order. I entered my email address with an explicit note saying, please contact me with a preview before you place the order. I also asked (because it doenst not tell you before you order) how long it would take for delivery and not to place the order if I could not take delivery within 5 days.
Needless to say I got an automated response informing me of a 7 - 10 day wait and that my item had shipped. So clearly no-one reviewed my order. If you have a "notes" section in your order, it is only fair that it is actually taken into account. If computers ar putting through all the orders then information should be made available.
It's my last time shopping with them, customer service was terrible, unhelpful and rude. I would recommend other buys go elsewhere."
