Friendly, no solution, but lots of help
"I called them for help finding mystery bulbs for our patio string lights. They thought they had a solution and we ordered bulbs that did not work in the end. But they worked with us on returning the bulbs and brainstorming on where to find what we need! Appreciate the customer services!"
