Wouldn’t even give them 1 star
"Ordered tix for Celtics game. The seller hasn’t released them. We have called 4 times. They always say same thing that they will contact seller to release them again. No supervisor to help either . Just awful customer service"

We understand being eager to receive your tickets, Paul. Our sellers transfer tickets as soon as they receive their inventory, so if you haven't received them yet, it's only because the seller doesn't have anything to send yet. However, we guarantee that you'll receive your tickets in time for the game, because we know how important live events are to our fans.
