"Delivered the wrong order, one that wasn't as nice as the one I wanted, but charged the price for the original order. Because of the time that would have been involved in exchanging the order, I agreed to keep the one they sent, though it is disappointing to me. They also said they would refund me the difference + half, which is helpful."
