"Please stay away from this seller, you might save couple of hundred bucks over the competitors and well known brands but it is not worth the hassle of dealing with their customer service and tech support people.
The unit itself seems substandard and the quality or lack there of shows through. My unit had problems from day one. After repeated complaints I started getting suggestions/advices from their tech support and here the exact excerpt from their emails.
After dealing with them for over 9 months now, they offered to repair the unit but at this point I don't think it is even worth spending the one-way shipping cost on this unit.
Who ever is reading this can have my unit for free just pay the shipping and it is yours to try it and keep it, before you spend on buying a "brand new" from china. Just send me an email at ****@**** or text me at ***-***-**** in US.
To give you an idea, here are few excerpt from the emails I had exchanged with these folks.

I have asked our technician,
and he suggest you to tear off the plastic preservative ."
By plastic preservative they mean the protective cover on the LCD screen which didn't solve any of the several problems I reported.

and our technician needs the wiring diagram ."
Where are am I supposed to get the wiring diagram for the I am driving.

Hi Shelly, here is the list of problems...
1. If there is a CD or DVD in the system, the source randomly switches to CD or DVD while listening to radio or while in bluetooth or from any other source.
2. Call quality on bluetooth varies. Sometimes it is very clear other times I cannot hear the caller and they cannot hear me. During this time the phone is with me in the car so it is not a distance problem.
3. When listening to music from the phone via Bluetooth audio, the sound is choppy i.e. it plays sound for 1 or 2 seconds and silent the next few seconds and this repeats. But if I turn off the unit and restart it works fine.

hi
I'm writing to you about my dvd bluetooth fm player. right now I'm not able to use it for anything more than a glorified fm radio. I have written to you in the past about these problems but have not gotten any solution so far.
It is close to an year since I bought this unit and am close to running out of warranty. I was hoping a firmware upgrade would take care of these issues but I haven't seen one coming
Added to the issues reported in the past the newest one is that it keeps trying to eject the cd/dvd on its own but does not eject it and keeps making the ejecting sound continuously.
I am done waiting for these issues to be resolved. If I donot get solutions for these issues in a week I'm sending this unit back. please refund me what ever is due after your restocking fee.
