"I read the previous reviews so I phoned them to get a shipping quote for a AC-DC universal power supply ($18.99). They quoted $5 for shipping/handling over the phone. When the package arrived, they charged my credit card $9. The USPS postage on the padded envelope was $2.92 (they didn't even provide a cardboard box for a heavy power supply). I called them and explained the situation. They were unprofessional, inflexible, and took an almost militant stance. When I explained that I got a quote before I placed my order and was quoted $5 for shipping, the woman said "Everyone here knows the shipping is $9", suggesting that I am a liar. I would not have placed the order if they had quoted $9 for shipping. The unit I ordered is made by Simran so maybe you can search and find these products at another vendor. Amazon has lots of these power adapters. It seems this merchant was on Amazon Marketplace in the past, but not anymore (found in some cached websearch results). Perhaps they were getting unhappy customers and Amazon banned them. Their web ordering system does not tell you what the shipping costs will be, so they are able to bait-and-switch like they did to me. I told them I would submit a negative review to this website if they don't remedy my situation. I told them some negative reviews are already here. They didn't care at all.
