"I'm pretty handy, but when it came to replacing the battery in my iPod, I decided to let a certified techy do the work. As always, I shopped the internet to compare outfits and wasn't too pleased with what I found. Then a friend recommended iResQ and I liked what I saw. The cos twas quite reasonable, the service was quick (they even offer an overnight option) and they could not have been any more helpful. They respond to email almost instantly, and when I called, I spoke to a real person who knew what he was talking about. I highly recommend iResQ for repairs of this type."
