Nothing but excuses
"Customer service ****! Paid with PayPal and they use that as shipping address not your customer account DEFAULT address.
So DEFAULT doesn't really mean default to them, they hide behind excuse "well it was purchased through PayPal so we use their address on file".
No it was paid for with PayPal and purchased on my account through your website with a Default billing and shipping address on my lacrosse monkey account.
Have spent days waiting and trying to track down package to have returned through FED EX. Meanwhile they could've changed shipping address with FED EX all along, instead they want to wait till FED EX returns to them."
