Back ordered for months though PayPal charged me immediately
"I ordered the roof rack last winter and never got the roof rack. Unfortunately I used PayPal which changes immediately when the order is placed. It took so long, I actually moved from CA to NY in the meantime. Quadratec service department told me the delivery address was updated. But the delivery address I was later told could not be changed according to Quadratec because I used PayPal and hence the order was never shipped. If I had used my credit card directly, no charge would have been made until delivery and the delivery address could have been updated. In the end when I saw the rack listed on the website and no longer "out of stock", I contacted Quadratec and was told to cancel the order to get a PayPal refund and reorder using my current address and credit card."
