"Ordered a TV. Price was very good. I called customer service to see when I could expect it. After this call I noticed they had added shipping insurance to my shipping total, even though the rep I spoke to never mentioned it. When I called to complain I was told that it was mandatory on all orders, and that the rep whom I spoke to was supposed to inform me of it. Very underhanded if you ask me. Then I called the next day (to cancel order) and was told item was on backorder anyway. So they went ahead and cancelled it anyway. I found the staff to be courteous, however I suspect that the company methods are dishonest. I am glad that I took the time to read the negative reviews from other consumers, saved me a lot of hassle in the long run."
