Bad Service for Buyers and Sellers
"As a seller, forced to use their company U-Ship, had one $3000 table broken while loading, they said it was perfect and then took off leaving skid marks. So it arrived broken . 10 months to get. A refund. Another U ship guy, used tattered old cardboard boxes l said do go to Uhaul and buy new ones for $10 bucks, turned around. He stole my painting no paperwork or receipt. After hysterical calls to Chairish painting returned at 3am with canvas slit No support from. chairish either time USHIP takes no responsibility Agents reply with auto responders that have nothing to do with issue. They get keep getting posted and often on the A list yet they were $39 from Pier One a few years ago listed as $2000 set of stools I like happy customers. There is no learning or attempts to improve policy when it pointed out"
