inventory problem is a constant issue
"For the past 2 years, online inventory says items are available but then, once transactions goes through, you learn a week or two later that items are backordered. Last time, I even paid extra to guarantee an overnight delivery and got the same story again, thus paying for nothing as the gift I wanted for my girlfriend cam after our departure for our trip....
too bad this keeps happening... I'm done :-("
