Still waiting for refund
"Shame on me for not reading reviews of this outfit. TireBuyer promised delivery and installation but was late with delivery. After FED-X indicated the tires ere delivered, I tried to contact the Installer, Furr's Tire in Dover, DE, but they refused to have any conversation about whether the tires were there or when I could come in for installation. They told me to talk to TireBuyer. When I couldn't get help from the TireBuyer contact phone number, I cancelled the order. I was told they would pick up the tires and issue a refund in days. Two weeks later, when I called, I was told they would try to find out where the tires were. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, they hung up on me. When I called back and waited, they told me the supervisor phone number was disconnected. Stay away from TireBuyer!"
