Chaos
"They collected my shipment 6 days ago and till now they haven't sent it to destination. Everyday I'm getting a different excuse: one time they tell me the shipment has been cancelled, another time they say we'll check what's wrong and get back to you and they never get back. it's a complete chaos and totally unprofessional service."
