"IBM mis-packaged many v20 SPSS premium GradPacks with the wrong disks so it wouldn't install. Apparently A LOT of people had the same issue I did. TJ at Studentdiscounts.com went to great lengths to help make sure I got what I purchased. He was friendly and very helpful over the phone and got me working replacement software, even giving me options for a full refund with shipping costs so I could purchase elsewhere if it was faster (which it wasn't so I stuck with them). Top-notch customer service! No run-around, no questions asked, got a solution the same-day. Will be a customer again for sure."
