"I placed an order online. The site was freezing up and announced it was not working correctly.. try later. There was no order#.
So I started over and my order went thru. I paid the higher price for fast shipping. Then I called the Co. to make sure I was not going to get 2 orders with 2 day shipping. I was told yes, there were 2 orders! So I made sure to have the customer service person canceled 1 order.
3 days later, I received 2 orders! When I called, they told me I would have to pay return shipping, 2 day shipping would not be reimbursed on the misorder, and I would have to pay a restocking fee deducted from the small credit.
Hmmm. That is not good business folks.
They make no sense and have no sense. Customers get run down and strung along with no intention of resolution.
Is this legal?"
