"I purchased a pair of shoes from this store and they were worn looking upon arrival. So I packed them up and sent them back. I waited 10 days for a refund after the shipment arrived back to them and there was still no refund. I called the company and was told to wait a few more days and still no refund. I filed a dispute with PayPal at the point and they granted my refund and closed the case. Now after the case was closed in my favor they decided to refund me causing the original dispute to open back up and get denied, making me look bad. Thanks ShoeMall for giving me a prompt refund and for putting a black mark on my dispute."
