"Horrible Experience sofar.
Wasn't bad getting the item shipped to me, though it was four days later than expected that I actually recieved the product. Thought, "No biggie, just a mixup with USPS, which is common." Well, turns out the second DVD in the set was dead. Sent an email to them about it, was told I was going to get a replacement as soon as the supplier. It's been four months, still no item, been told twice now that it is going to be sent within a week.
Just sent out the third email, waiting for a response."
