They sent phone and charged credit card for cancelled order - for which I had email confirmation of cancellation
"...and of course, getting refunded is a slow, painstaking process and has still not happened in spite of returning the un-ordered phone via FedEx overnight 10 days ago. Customer service is terrible. Just powerless, offshore people reading from a script with lots of the bland reassurances but no action."
