"If you're like me - you've found this site too late: after bluefly has screwed you over. I ordered boots that never showed up at my house and have spent 1.5 months trying to get a refund for that order which I never received. Three times representatives have promised me a refund and so far I'm still out of $86. I will never use their site again. BUYER BEWARE!"
