No sigh of the products I have paid for!!!
"Over two weeks ago I ordered two Nintendo 3ds faceplates which said they were both in stock and ready to ship. I bought them and they said they were to be delivered two days later. The first problem I had with EB games was that I was charged a dollar in a separate transaction than paying for my products. I know $1 isn't much but in no way was I informed that it would be taken and it makes me feel like they are going to take more money from me that I don't know about! The second issue is that since I have ordered it, it has not arrived and the status has not changed from processing. Multiple times I have contacted them and nothing has been done! The first two times I messaged them though their website and never received a reply. Then I called up their phone number and spoke to someone about it. She was absolutely no help. She told me that one of the items may have been out of stock (even though they were clearly in stock) or that they were unable to locate them in the warehouse. So why did they not contact with the problem and let me know what was happening and offer a way that this could be resolved!!! The lady told me that she would look into it and yet again NOTHING HAS HAPPENED!!!!!!! Over I am appalled at the terrible service given at EB Games. I refuse to give in and let them steal my money! I know that I will never again shop at EB Games and I hope that you will not make the same mistake as me!"
