Absolute worst customer service
"Yves Rocher has great products and the absolute worst customer service. Wait time to speak to customer service in regard to an online placed order is anywhere from 10 to 20 minutes every time call. Shipping and delivery takes anywhere from 15 days to never receiving the product."
