Terrible Service
"I renewed the documentation for two of my vessels through this company for a term of 3 years. The initial renewal was done without regard for the expiration of my previous Certificate of Documentation, shaving a month and a half off of my Documentation period. The subsequent year, prior to my renewal date, I contacted the company and they assured me everything was in order and my CoD's would be renewed on time. Nearly a month after the expiration date I still had not received the Doc. for either vessel. Again, I contacted the company and they assured me "the Vessel Documentation Center is very slow" and I should see them shortly. I contacted the National Vessel Documentation Center directly and they informed me that no renewal had yet to be submitted. I was forced to renew both CoD's myself since they were nearly a month expired. When I contacted the company again they tried to tell me that THEY had renewed the CoD's and I should have waited. They refused to issue a refund. STAY AWAY form this company!"
