"I placed an order with this store on 12/12/06 and was told on 12/20 that the order had been shipped by an expedited method to be received in time for Christmas. I called and carefully explained to them that if the order would not be here for Christmas it was of no use to me. They assured me it would be on time. Today I found out the items were not even shipped until 12/28. When I received the order I called again to have them pick it up and was told that it would be taken care of but they would have to call me back. I never heard from them."
