Absolutely the worst company you could ever deal with!
"This is absolutely the worst company you could ever deal with. I ordered wristbands to use for my father's funeral overseas. They made a guarantee that I will get the wristbands two days before my travel date. One day before traveling, I had not received the items and made several calls to their customer service. I even offered to pay extra so the items could be shipped overnight. They assured me I would get them the next day. The bands finally arrived five days after I traveled. Now I'm stuck with 500 worthless wristbands and they refused to refund the money even though it was entirely their fault. This is one of the worst experiences I've had with any company."
