Regular customers are not valued. No military discount.

"I've spent several thousand dollars with Grabagun in just the past 2-3 years, and recently bought my first AR with them. The same gun went on sale on Grabagun a few days later for $150 less. Asked for either a price match, or a store credit for the difference, or just a discount on my next order. All refused. Their prices are usually great and this is certainly the chief draw. But if you want your loyalty recognized when there's an issue, it's not gonna happen. Sayonara!"

We maintain very small margins on virtually everything we sell. In fact, we have such small margins that we are almost never able to offer additional discounts or refund price differences on past purchases. Day in and day out, we sell what we have for as little as we can. If we are able to buy something for cheaper the next day, we will lower our price on that item (regardless of what we have sold it for in the past). Amazon operates in the same manner. They do not issue refunds on past purchases if they later lower their sale price.
