"Footaction doesn't even deserve 1 star from me---the WORST online retailer I have dealt with EVER!
After trying and trying, I was able to place an order at footaction.com for a pair or Yeezy Boost 350 Yecheil on 12/20/19 (Order #3383007). My credit card was immediately charged. Later on the same day, I received a shipping notification with the UPS tracking number---boy, was I happy!
ELEVEN (11) DAYS! later the UPS website shows that the label was created but they are not yet in possession of the package. I just called Footaction Customer Service that now claims that the package was lost (lost? come on....this package was STOLEN!) and that all they can do is to refund my payment, which will take another 5-7 business days.
UNBELIEVABLE! Here I am, without my money, without the sneakers and not the slightest apology or at least a site credit in compensation for the poor handling of my order and all that they put me through. FOOTACTION SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES!"
