"I ordered on Feb. 11, 2007, and waited forever with no response from the Salonwear even though I sent an email questioning about my order. I finally decided to do a Paypal dispute on March 1, 2007, and I still did not get a response from the seller. I escalated the case and finally recieved my order on March 13, 2007, and still did no recieve any email or sorry from the seller. Bad business process. Stay away from these guys. Seems like they won't send out order and try to keep money unless you pressure them. I cancelled dispute after they put up tracking information on Paypal on March 15, 2007."
"I bought 24 AA 1800 mAh batteries and 120 AAA 650 mAh batteries from these guys. The delivery time and online order went well, but the packaging wasn't very great. It was 2 boxes of 50 AAA and the 2 bags. One bag supposedly contained the 24 AA while the other bag supposedly contained the other 20 AAA. Both the bags had holes in them so some fell and I had to dig through the foam to find them. Also, I only ended up having 23 AA while all the AAA were there. I contacted them about the missing AA battery and now that I've gone through the AA, one didn't want to hold a charge so I'm assuming it is defective. I contacted them and the replied on Oct. 24 saying "Thanks for your email. We will take care". I don't believe that is very clear on what they decide to do, and I have yet to recieve anything. Doesn't seem to have very good customer service to me."
