"Well, first of all I have never written a review of a company before. I guess that is kind of bad as I habitually read reviews that other people write of companies before I make a purchase. After my experience with V3 Gaming PC I would be doing them a disservice by not writing a review.
I know how to build computers, but not very well and I don't have much time on top of that. I chose V3 after reading reviews on this website and on a couple of different website magazines. I had a pretty low budget so I was concerned that I wouldn't be able to get a very good computer, but that just was not the case.
I called up V3 and initially spoke with Chuck who, no kidding, spent a good 2 hours with me hammering out some specifications for the best possible computer to fit in my price range. In my 32 years I have never experienced service like this. I cant remember the last time I spoke to my WIFE for 2 hours, let alone a stranger on the other side of the country. I needed some time to think about it, and when I called back 2 days later, Chuck was not in the office so I spoke with George. George knew everything that was going on with my potential order, so I knew communication with V3 would be good in the future. I bought the computer online and within a couple of hours had a call back from V3 to confirm. Turns out there was a shortage on one of the parts that I had ordered, so they upgraded me to a faster (more expensive) part FOR FREE because they didn't catch it earlier. Uhh.. I like free stuff.
Anyway I got my computer 3 days ago and it is just what I expected. V3 even decked it out with an "etch" on the side window to make it look cool (I keep it in a cabinet anyway, so that doesn't matter to me. Still, nice).
I am generally easy to please so writing a positive review is not really in my character, but V3 totally deserves it. I would and have recommend these guys to my friends."
