"This is a horrible place to do business. We are getting bad items. This invoice is for a factory refurbished 500 gig HD. I thought it was working until I configured it as a raid 1. I got the blue screen of death. This never happened with my primary HD. I am going straight to seagate. The reason is we also got a dvd/vhs combo within the last 3 weeks. It was bad. The dvd drawer wouldn't open and you couldn't fit a vhs tape into the unit without force. The channels and menus scrolled uncontrollably. We sent it back, paying for shipping. We got another one. It is a bad unit. The channels still scroll uncontrollable intermittantly. I wasted 3 dvds because I couldn't control the menu, wheel of fortune style. Beware of this company. I could have went thinking my HD was ok, until I needed a good backup. I will have to consider my options with this company as they claim a no refund policy. Although their ads do not say buy as is. I will explore this dilemma. After Note: This matter was resolved after speaking to a representative agent. We are satisfied with the end result, but will not be doing any further business with this site."
