Fantastic Customer Experience!
"After years of enjoying a 1080p Panasonic 65VT30 plasma TV, I was ready to jump into the world of OLED. After doing my research, I settled on a Sony XBR-77A9G, I shot Chris at Cleveland Plasma an email at 9:30pm expecting a response the following day, to my surprise, I got an email back within 15 minutes. Chris clearly explained the price and shipping options and I took the plunge. I followed up with a phone call the following day and Chris took the time to explain some of the more technical aspects of the Sony, which was much appreciated. Several days later, I received the TV and I couldn't be happier. Cleveland Plasma has a customer for life!"
