"I would like to write a pleasant & happy experience, but unfortunately I have yet to completely receive what I ordered. Your people were most helpful, but have yet to deliver what I ordered, i.e., a diving board with mounting hardware. The board is missing all the mounting hardware. Your personel asked me to double check and I confirmed the hardware is missing. Customer service advised they would send hardware. It is still not here. Maybe next week? Looking forward to receiving and then I can confirm how helpful George Li and others are in resolving problems. Note: He keeps me apprised of updates/delays associated with the STORM up EAST!!!"
