Complete scam, hidden charges
"I used the chat bot for my question and I was told that it would be $5 to get an answer. The next thing I know, I’m charged an additional $64 for a subscription I did not approve. This is extremely unethical. I can just imagine how much money they’ve made by taking advantage of people like this and a quick look at the other reviews can give you an idea. So save yourself some money and find yourself a service that tells you upfront and honestly how much it will cost you. Beware of this scam."
