"Be very careful when ordering from this company! I will never order from them again.
The dress I received is the wrong size dress - many sizes too big, and shiningdress.com absolutely refused to pay return shipping for *their* mistake. They said it was my problem and I will have to pay "expensive overseas shipping" if I wanted my $120 refunded. I told them that was not acceptable, I had not made the error.
After seven exchanges of e-mails back and forth, I opened a "Significantly not as described" claim with PayPal. Shiningdress.com did not respond to PayPal either, and I was refunded the money I paid.
If I had received the dress I ordered, I would have given them a positive review - the dress is nice, it's just the wrong size and they refused to do anything to correct their mistake."
